  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

    We’re looking for a few Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) with supervisory credentials to join our play-based, interdisciplinary team in Madison, Alabama.

    At Wildflower Wonders, we believe therapy should feel like connection and discovery—not compliance. You’ll work alongside compassionate RBTs, SLPs, and OTs in a setting where creativity and collaboration bloom. 🌿

    What you’ll do:

    Provide naturalistic, child-led ABA therapy

    Supervise, mentor, and train RBTs

    Lead functional assessments and treatment planning

    Partner with families and team members to make therapy meaningful

    What we’re looking for:

    Current BCBA certification & Alabama license (or eligibility)

    Experience working with children

    Supervisory experience with RBTs or trainees

    A heart for play, teamwork, and growth

    Compensation:

  • Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs)

    We’re looking for a few licensed SLPs with supervisory credentials to join our play-based, interdisciplinary team in Madison, Alabama.

    What you’ll do:

    Provide individual and small-group speech-language therapy for children (ages 2–12+) in naturalistic, play-based settings.

    Supervise and mentor CF-SLPs and/or SLP-As in accordance with ASHA and Alabama Board standards.

    Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate, compliant documentation.

    Collaborate closely with BCBAs, OTs, and families for integrated, team-based care.

    Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and support innovative program development (e.g., social communication groups, literacy enrichment, etc.).

    Contribute to staff development, training, and quality improvement initiatives.

    What we’re looking for:

    Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (accredited program).

    Current Alabama SLP license and ASHA CCC-SLP credential.

    Minimum of 2 years pediatric experience (preferably in play-based or multidisciplinary settings).

    Eligibility and experience supervising CFs and/or SLP-As.

    Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

    Passion for creative, functional, child-centered therapy.

  • Pediatric Occupational Therapists

    We’re looking for pediatric Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our play-based, interdisciplinary team in Madison, Alabama.

    What you’ll do:

    Provide individualized, play-based OT sessions

    Support fine motor, sensory, and daily living skill development

    Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in Alabama

    Experience working with children in clinic, school, or early intervention settings

  • Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

    We’re looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our play-based, collaborative team in Madison, Alabama.

    At Wildflower Wonders, we believe therapy should feel like connection and discovery. Our RBTs work hands-on with children—helping them build communication, independence, and joy through meaningful, naturalistic play. 🌿

    What you’ll do:

    Implement individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision

    Use play and positive reinforcement to teach daily skills and communication

    Collect data and collaborate with a caring, multidisciplinary team

    What we’re looking for:

    Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain with support)

    Experience working with children in therapeutic, educational, or childcare settings

    A patient, playful, and compassionate approach

    We require dependable clinicians. We can be flexible with scheduling, but highly depend on our clinician’s accountability.

  • Wildling Camp Counselor

    About Wildlings Summer Camp
    At Wildflower Wonders, our Wildlings Summer Camp is a place where children grow, play, and explore through creativity and connection. Each week is designed around hands-on learning, sensory fun, and social development — rooted in our philosophy that every child blossoms best through play.

    Position Summary
    We’re seeking energetic, compassionate Camp Counselors with backgrounds in education, special education, or child development to join our Wildlings team this summer! Counselors will plan and lead engaging, play-based activities that support each camper’s unique strengths and needs in an inclusive environment.

    Responsibilities

    Plan and facilitate daily activities such as art, science, movement, and sensory play.

    Support positive social interactions and model inclusive, supportive behavior.

    Communicate effectively with fellow counselors, junior counselors, and camp directors.

    Adapt activities for a range of abilities and developmental levels.

    Ensure camper safety, supervision, and engagement throughout the day.

    Maintain a fun, welcoming, and encouraging atmosphere for all.

    Qualifications

    Background in education, early childhood, special education, or related field (degree or current student).

    Experience working with children in group or camp settings.

    Creativity, patience, and a love for play-based learning.

    CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

    Schedule & Compensation

    Seasonal position: June–July 2026 (weekday sessions).

    Morning and afternoon shifts available.

    Competitive hourly rate based on experience.

  • Wildlings Camp Junior Counselor

    About the Role
    Are you a teen who loves working with kids and wants to make a difference? Wildflower Wonders is looking for enthusiastic Junior Counselors to join our Wildlings Summer Camp team!

    Junior Counselors assist lead counselors in creating a welcoming, inclusive, and playful environment for all campers — including those with diverse abilities and needs. This is a wonderful opportunity to gain hands-on experience in education, therapy, and leadership in a supportive setting.

    Responsibilities

    Assist with camp activities, games, and group projects.

    Support younger campers during transitions, play, and activities.

    Help set up and clean up materials.

    Model kindness, patience, and teamwork.

    Participate in training on inclusion, communication, and child support.

    Qualifications

    Ages 14–18 (high school students welcome).

    Enjoy working with children and being part of a team.

    Reliable, positive, and ready to learn.

    No prior experience required — training will be provided!
